Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of detention made in Detention Order No. 35/BCDFGISSSV/2022, dated 21.04.2022 on the file of the Commissioner of Police, Tirunelveli City, the 2nd Respondent herein, branding the petitioner's younger brother / detenue by name Manikandan, S/o. Malaiyarasan, aged about 35 years as 'GOONDA' who is now confined in Central Prison, Salem, and quash the impugned order of detention and set him at liberty by producing him before this Court.
