ORDER

The revision petitioner herein filed O.SNo.Unnumbered (A.No.2355) of 2018 before the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. The said plaint was returned raising certain queries. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he had answered the queries, the matter was not being called in the open court. 2.This Court is of the view that the court below should either number the plaint or pass final orders returning the same for presentation before the appropriate court or rejecting the same. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Srivilliputhur to pass orders one way or the other with regard to the maintainability of the plaint.

3.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
