This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue the monitory benefit of saving and protection scheme relief and Mahatma Gandhi Punger Beema Yojana Insurance Scheme pertains to the 2nd respondents society deceased member Saroja member no.97 bearing identity Card No.KMB/25/5150 to the petitioners family based on the representation dated 22.02.2014. The petitioner seeks consideration of his representation dated 22.02.2014.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.02.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
