O.S.No.133 of 2012 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Trichy, out of which this Civil Revision Petition arises, has itself been dismissed for default. The counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he has filed an application for restoring the said suit.

2.Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for the present, giving liberty to the revision petitioner to get it restored upon the said suit being restored. No costs.
