RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER PRAYER: This Petition is filed Under Section 24 of Civil Procedure code, praying to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2018 pending on the file of the Learned Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, and transfer to the Learned Principal Sub Court, Krishnagiri, for disposal of the same in accordance with law and pass such further or other order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER : This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter from the Judge, Family Court, Krishnagiri, in D.No.

280/2019, dated 16.05.2019, seeking one more month time to dispose the case and thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Sundaravel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs.S.Srimathy for Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, for the respondent, and this Court made the following Order:- This Court, by order, dated 20.08.2018, directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri, to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2018 (now re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2019) and H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Now, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri,, sought for further time of two months to dispose of the above said cases.

3.Since the request of the learned Judge is reasonable, time is extended to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2018 and H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2019 for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
