the application in E.A.Sr.No.5991 of 2025 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli and allow this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order dated 02.04.2025 passed by this court in CRP(NPD)(MD) No. 1092 of 2005 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. R. Kishore Ram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. B. Deepa,Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

''The above said revision petition was disposed of on 02.04.2025, directing the trial Court to furnish a copy of the order to the revision petitioner on or before 04.04.2025 and the delivery shall be kept in abeyance till 08.04.2025. 2.The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of interim protection granted on 08.04.2025 on the ground that the order copy is not made ready and the revision petitioner is not in a position to prefer an appeal. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that the revision petitioner has already received a copy of the order and has filed A.S.No.74 of 2025, before the II Additional District and Sessions Court, 2/4

Tiruchirappalli. The first appellate Court has taken the appeal on file and has ordered notice to the respondent returnable by 09.06.2025. 4.In such view of the factual situation, there are no grounds to entertain the present application for extension of time.
