ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, seeking production of her daughter, Abi, aged 14 years. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents submits that the second respondent has produced the detenu before this Court. He further submits that as the detenue a minor girl, aged 14 years, has been found in the company of the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

viz., Jayasingh, a case in Crime No.22 of 2018 on the file of second respondent stands registered.

3.The detenu informs that she intends to go with the mother, the petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
