ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issue a mandamus directing the respondents to restore the petitioner with the pastoral rights of the grazing grounds by restoring the revenue classification for S.No.101/2 situated in Esamangalam Village, Aavudayar Koil Taluk, Pudukottai

District to an extent of 8.42.50 hectares as grazing land and enter the same in the revenue records.

2. It is now informed that a suit in OS.No.52 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi has been filed by the sixth respondent against the petitioner and some others for declaration and injunction. Considering the fact that a suit is pending before the Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi to try and conclude the suit at the earliest. Till such time of the disposal of the suit, the parties shall maintain status quo. They shall neither alienate nor make encumbrance in respect of the subject property. No costs.
