The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to reinstate the petitioner as Guest Lecturer in 3rd respondent Arts College and for payment of duty salary for March 2021.
2. By a letter, dated 16.11.2023, the learned counsel apperaing for the writ petitioner submits that the duty salary for March 2021 has already been paid and the petitioner is employed in some other institution. The learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for closure of the writ petition.
3. Considering the said facts, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
