O R D E R This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to receive the complaint and record his 161(3) of Cr.P.C. statement and add the petitioner as a witness in Crime No.53 of 2017 dated 08.11.2017 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing - II, Trichy.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally seven cases has been registered against the accused. Now all the above said FIRs are going to be transferred to Economic Offences Wing, Chennai. For that purpose of passing orders, proposal was sent to the Director General of Police and after receiving the orders, the records will be sent to the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai.
3. Therefore, the petitioner can very well approach the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, for redressing his grievances. If the petitioner approach the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, let his statement also be recorded and further investigation may be undertaken on that line. 2/4
4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
