Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating with the notice in Ma2EE1/02568/2022 dated 09.05.2022 issued by the third respondent and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal.

ORDER

Though the petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the respondent Corporation, dated 09.05.2022, directing the petitioner to produce the building plan approval given by the local authority for construction of school building as well as the compound wall, the learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of argument, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to produce the documents as sought for through the impugned communication to the respondents within a shortest possible time that may be stipulated by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.10518 of 2022 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that till such time no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner or his building/construction. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to produce the documents as sought for through the impugned communication to the respondent corporation, who on receipt of the same, shall give an opportunity to the petitioner and decide what is the further course of action to be taken against the petitioner or otherwise on merits.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
