It can not be in dispute that the case on hand is covered by the common order dated 03.08.2018 made in W.P.No.25455 of 2018 etc., batch. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that an appeal has been filed questioning the said order, but as on date, the said order has not been stayed.

2. Therefore, respectfully following such order, the order impugned in this writ petition also stands quashed. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
