This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2018 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.131 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 506 (ii) IPC on the file of the third respondent police. 3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
