Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fourth respondent in an illegal registration of release deed and sale deed vide Document Nos.5930 & 5934 of 2014, dated 25.09.2014 and quash the same as illegal in Survey No.40/1, Abishekpuram Village, Tiruchirappalli District, to an extent of 25 cents based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2021, within the stipulated period by this Court.
