ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner by restoring the advance increment with effect from 02.05.2000 till the date of his retirement i.e. 30.04.2012 along with other consequential benefits. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 22.12.2014 before the respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2014 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
