Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous in view of passing of the suspension order on 18.04.2023. It is open to the writ petitioner to question the suspension order.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
