ORDER

The petitioner's limited prayer in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.No.P5/41736/2024, dated 03.10.2024.

2. The petitioner admittedly has preferred an appeal, which is pending before the first respondent right from 3.10.2024.

3. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to conclude the hearing of the appeal and pass final orders on or before 31.12.2025 without seeking any further extension. No costs.
