The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. The petitioner seeks deletion of third parties name in the computerized patta no.718 pertaining to the petitioner's patta property. The petitioner has approached the respondent by making a representation on 15.03.2025 and seeks expeditious disposal of the same by this writ petition.

4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to conduct due enquiry, hear the petitioner as well as third parties, whose names are included in patta and thereafter, pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
