This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.06.2021 and give the police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 07.09.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
