ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the third respondent from passing any patta transfer orders in respect of S.Nos.307/3A1 and 307/1A at Periyakottai Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent has already rejected the request of the fourth respondent for patta by proceedings dated 07.03.2025. However, the very same third respondent is now attempting to issue patta to the fourth respondent and 2/5

hence, the petitioner has been constrained to approach this Court by way of this Writ Petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that a civil suit is pending and therefore, the third respondent is not contemplating issuance of any patta until final disposal of the said civil suit.
