PRAYER :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to implead the proposed 4th respondent as 4th respondent in the main writ petition in W.P(MD)No.8499 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for in WMP(MD)No.7344 of 2026 is to implead the proposed 4th respondent as 4th respondent in the main writ petition.

2. The prayer sought for in the main writ petition is to remove the encroachments made by the encroachers in the property comprised in S.Nos.828, 1438 and 1439 at Santhai Theru, Karivalamvandhanallur, Sankaran Kovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, where only three respondents have been impleaded. As the encroachment removal drive normally would be undertaken by the Revenue Tahsildar, he must be heard and therefore, he is a necessary party.

3. Hence, the present petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
