ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the 1/4

respondent/contemnor for the alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 15.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 9796 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu submitted that the pending enquiry has been completed in compliance with the order dated 15.04.2025. Though an order adverse to the petitioner has been passed, a copy of the proceeding in Ni.Mu.No. 9897/2022/G5, dated 29.05.2026, has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceeding dated 29.05.2026, in the manner known to law.
