O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner in the appointment of Telephone Operator or other eligible vacancy at the 1st respondent office by getting sponsor letter from the 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his name is not being sponsored by the Employment Exchange without any valid reasons.

3. If that is so, it is for the petitioner to bring to the knowledge of the respondents by way of making a representation. In fact, through proceedings issued to the District Employment Office, Virudhunagar, dated 07.03.2013, addressed to the Special Officer of the Hon'ble Chief Minister Special Cell it is stated that the petitioner's request will be considered as and when the District Employment Office sponsors his name. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders without any further delay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
