According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is almost completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioners are poor coolies and their day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
