This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal procedure code , to direct the III Additional District Sessions Judge (pcr court, Madurai to consider and pass orders on bail application of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 on the same day in Crime No.82/2023 pending on the file of R2 police. ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Rajamohan Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Sureshkumar, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4398 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not received the order copy Crl.O.P(MD) No.4398 of 2023 in time, so that, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.4398 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023. Hence, the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.4398 of 2023 dated 08.03.2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
