To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 13.09.2019 in A.S.No.42 of 2017 on the file of the Learned V Additional District Judge,Madurai confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 26-04-2017 passed by the Learned III Additional Sub Judge,Madurai in O.S.No.175 of 2007.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AL.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.UM.PRAKASH, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.
