ORDER
The prayer sought for herein, is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue the "integrated certificate" to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2018.
2. Heard Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father was working as a Sanitary Worker at Sivakasi Municipality and while he was in service, he died on 02.11.2016. Since the petitioner's father died during service, the petitioner had to make an application for seeking compassionate appointment and in order to make such application, the petitioner had approached the first respondent through the second and third respondents by request dated 18.04.2018, seeking for integrated certificate. However, sofar, the said certificate has not been issued. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, in this regard would submit that if the said representation dated 18.04.2018 is directed to be considered by the respondents, within a time frame and an order to that effect is directed to be passed, the petitioner would be satisfied.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the request of the petitioner dated 18.04.2018 would be considered and an order to that effect would be passed within a time frame by the respondents, especially, the first respondent. 6.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order :- "that the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2018 and pass order thereon, with regard to the request of the petitioner, for granting integrated certificate, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
