Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representations dated 26.02.2011 and 13.08.2014 made in regard to grant of patta for the petitioner association situated in S.No.81/1, Thiruchuli Village, till such the possession of the association not to be interfered by the respondents.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representations of the petitioner association dated 26.02.2011 and 13.08.2014. Further, he sought a direction from this Court till the consideration of those representations for grant of patta, they may not be forcibly evicted by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 26.2.2011 and 13.08.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the first respondent is directed to take a decision in one or the other within the time granted by this Court. Till such time, the petitioner association shall not be evicted forcibly. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
