PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.241 of 2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.241 of 2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Melur on 09.06.2018. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can seek his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.
