PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.77 of 2015 and dispose the same within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.77 of 2015 and dispose the same, within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the same will be concluded within a period of six months.
3.Considering the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinaickanoor, Theni District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.77 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
