This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2358 of 2025, dated 06.02.2025.

2. Ms.Aruljenifer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that 1/3

the petitioners were not able to produce the sureties in time. Hence, the petitioners were unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 06.02.2025. Accordingly, she seeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2358 of 2025, dated 06.02.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 05.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2358 of 2025, dated 06.02.2025.
