: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of impugned Notification in Advt.No.1171/Regr/Acad/A2/2014 dated 11.05.2014, issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue fresh notification in the light of Resolution No.231/2013 dated 28.09.2013 of the third Respondent and pass such further or other orders.
