It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that AS No.110 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor was dismissed for default on 21.12.2016 itself. It has not yet been restored till date. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is given to the revision petitioners to restore this Civil Revision Petition upon the First Appeal being restored. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
