When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has been appointed as Headmaster of the fifth respondent school and hence the relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is granted and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
