2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after having argued the matters for quite some time, made a request for fixing a time limit for conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings. 4/7

3.Mr.Ganesa Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the respondents 2 to 4 would conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months.

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the matters, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit their explanations in response to the charge memos within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the explanations submitted by the petitioners, the fourth respondent shall conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of explanations submitted by the petitioners.
