Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to put up a gate in the land adjacent to his house dated 10.03.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2015.

2. Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

6. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the land on which the proposed gate is going to be put up by the petitioner is absolutely to him. In view of the above, there may not be any impediment for considering the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
