ORDER

The petitioner was appointed as a Cook at Adi Dravidar Women's Hostel in Muthukaruppan Memorial Higher Secondary School, Subbammalpuram, on 01.04.2011. The petitioner, claiming that she has been orally terminated by the fourth respondent School on 30.06.2020, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to permit her to continue in the post of Cook at the fourth respondent School and also prayed for consequential direction to disburse the arrears of salary together with interest. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5, by referring to 2/4

the letter of the petitioner dated 01.07.2020, submits that the petitioner has resigned her job, on 01.07.2020. A copy of the letter has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents 4 & 5 that the petitioner herself has resigned the job on 01.07.2020, this Court cannot conduct a probe on this issue with the available material. In the event if the petitioner is having a case, it is upto her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
