RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time stipulated for the surrender of the petitioner and to execute sureties in Crl.MP(MD).No.3905 of 2020 dated 14.8.2020 in Crl.MP(MD).No.3197 of 2020 dated 11.6.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.5080 of 2020 dated 13.5.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.S.BALRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.E.VERONICA VINCENT, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court.

2.This Court, by an order dated 14.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3905 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.5080 of 2020, granted two weeks time to execute the sureties before the concerned Court and deposit of Rs.10,000/- to the Credit of Madras High Court Madurai Bench Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that eventhough the petitioner has deposited the amount, he was not able to the execute the sureties within the prescribed time. CRL MP(MD) No.4358 of 2020 he seeks further extension of time to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3905 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.5080 of 2020 is extended by one week from today.
