ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, while at the time of enquiring the proceedings initiated in F.t.vz;.M-1/8(3146)/2020, dated 06.08.2020, the second respondent herein issued NBW against the petitioner and directed the third respondent to execute the same. Only in the said circumstances, the third respondent herein attempted to secure the petitioner.

3.The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.9218 of 2020 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor only in order to exercise the duty vested upon the third respondent, he attempted to secure the petitioner and therefore, it cannot be said that the respondents are harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
