ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that a representation dated 06.04.2015, made by the petitioner to the respondents, in which certain allegations have been made, has not been considered by the respondents.

5. Taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2015, this Court directed the respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as any other third parties, if so required.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
