ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue posting order to the petitioner as Driver in pursuant to the order of revocation of suspension issued by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Pro No.BC1/1036135/2023 dated 14.03.2026, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner was suspended by order dated 05.12.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner's suspension was revoked. However, the respondents have not issued any posting order to the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to issue a posting order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
