O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to return back the original RC Book of the petitioner's car Hyundai Xcent Car bearing Registration No.TN-19-AK-5540 which is seized by the second respondent police in Crime No.234 of 2020 and enabling the petitioner to comply the order in Cr.M.P.No.986 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, dated 06.08.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, while at the time of investigation in Crime No.234 of 2020, the second respondent police recovered RC book pertains to the car bearing Registration No.TN-19-AK-5540 along with 10 other RC Books and handed over the same to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9755 of 2020 Magistrate, Rameshwaram. In turn, the same has been received by the said Court in R.P.No.96 of 2020.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has been closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram and file a petition for appropriate relief.
