This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent not to intervene in Civil Dispute and prevent the Respondent No.3 in constructing a house in the petitioner's house site in S.No.299/13 at Mulliyarenthal Village.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that there is no petition/ no complaint pending against the petitioner.
