PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.535/2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.12.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (C), 21(c) and 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrapic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.535 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in illegal possession of 310 grams of Methylene Dioxy Methamphetamine (MDMA), hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 03.04.2023 in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.7524 of 2023 Crl.O.P(MD) No.4224 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
