The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the entire amount claimed in the Execution Petition except Rs.10,000/- has been deposited by the respondent / Judgment Debtor and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
