Respondents Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner relating to impersonation with respect to the properties of the petitioner is pending consideration before the first respondent and the enquiry is going on.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the first respondent.

The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the above-said submission, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.03.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
