ORDER

The petitioner seeks for enforcement of the resolution dated 27.11.2014 through which it was resolved for laying road at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Kamatchi Nagar, 4th Street in ward No.17, Tirunelvelli Corporation.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that steps are being taken to lay the road and the tender process is going to be commenced.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
