This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni in Cr.M.P.No.1880 of 2018, dated 13.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Session Judge, Theni on condition that the petitioners should appear before the concerned Court for 15 days. The learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that the first petitioner herein has been injured and that the second petitioner is the mother of the first petitioner. Therefore, they are not in a position to comply with the condition. Finding substance in the said reason, the condition imposed to the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
