Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India against the order dated 18.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.369 of 2015 in O.S.No.4 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur.

ORDER : This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 19.09.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur vide the letter in D.No.784 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019 and upon appearing of MR.D.MALAICHAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 19.09.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter dated 26.06.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 19.09.2018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection in extending the time limit.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, four months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated
