2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and also the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready.

CRL MP(MD) No.4499 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the first petitioner is a driver and the second petitioner is working in a private bank and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
